In 2012, the former Nickelodeon star got into several car crashes, earned a DUI, sent out a bunch of embarrassing tweets, was arrested on marijuana charges. She was also charged with tampering with evidence and reckless endangerment for throwing a bong out of the window of a moving vehicle.
