Kim Kardashian's baby bump is finally starting to pop. The 34-year-old, who announced in May she is expecting a second child, was spotted wearing a skintight dress on Thursday in West Hollywood. Kim's pregnancy belly was visible through the clingy T-shirt fabric of the garment, which clung to the reality star's every curve.
