The former Celebrity Big Brother winner, 31, displayed a marked difference in chest size after deciding to have her implants taken out, once and for all, earlier this year.
Chantelle left the hospital in the same white vest and grey joggining bottoms, her hair twisted into a high top knot to reveal her newly-reduced chest.
Arriving at the clinic on July 29, 2015, the brunette went braless to reveal a sizeable bust.
But when she left the same afternoon, she was supported by a purple sportsbra and had removed her denim shirt to reveal the significant change in shape and size.
Confirming her plans for surgery back in April, Chantelle said she planned for summer surgery so that she wouldn't have to cover up in winter jumpers.
