Pregnant Kim Kardashian rubs her aching back and neck as she trudges around St Barts filming KUWTK

It's one of the world's most idyllic holiday destinations.
But Kim Kardashian didn't seem to be enjoying the delights of St Barts as she trudged around the Caribbean island on Monday.
For rather than relaxing on the isle's famous white sandy beaches, the five-months pregnant star was filming yet another episode of her reality show.
And the strain showed as an obviously uncomfortable Kim rubbed her aching back and neck

With a look of discomfort that her fellow mothers will surely sympathise with, Kim kept a hand on her back, supporting the weight of her bump.
Dressed in a black maxi dress, the 34-year-old had switched her usual high heels for a pair of low wedges in a concession to her pregnancy.
