Jamie Lomas jets off to LA with model, 23, as divorce with ex-wife Kym Lomas is finalised

Kym Marsh’s former husband Jamie Lomas seems to have put their marriage behind him by holidaying with a 23-year-old model.

The 33-year-old EastEnders star was spotted sharing a bottle of wine with model Chloe Peers at a Heathrow bar on Friday before the pair jetted off for a ten-day trip to LA.

Their holiday comes as divorce proceeding begin in a Manchester court between Jamie and Coronation Street actress Kym, 37.

The previous evening, the couple were spotted entering Jamie’s London home carrying suitcases.

The couple split in October after Kym reportedly had a five-month affair with her co-star Oliver Mellor, 32.

Chloe was a top-20 contestant on Britain and Ireland’s Next Top Model in 2010 and was previously engaged to celebrity fitness instructor Scott Alexander.

Meanwhile, Kym, who plays the role of Michelle O’Connor on Coronation Street, recently came back from a holiday in Tenerife.

Last week, Kym had expressed her apparent excitement about her split from Jamie being made official.

She wrote: Woooohoooo!!' and then added: 'Life is looking good guys!! No more fed up marshy!! Dis b**h is smilinggggg.'

Kym and Jamie - who have a two-year-old daughter, Polly, together - started dating in July 2008, before tying the knot in September 2012.

The couple suffered heartbreak with their first child, son Archie, died moments after his birth after being born 18 weeks early in February 2009.

After splitting in October 2013 amid allegations of cheating on her part, Kym filed for divorce later that month, citing Jamie's 'unreasonable behaviour'.

Kym was previously married to EastEnders star Jack Ryder, and has two children, David, 18, and Emily, 15, from her previous relationship with builder Dave Cunliffe.
