The 38-year-old model has enjoyed a series of tactile displays with British singer Seal during their current holiday aboard Arctic P - the sprawling super-yacht owned by her estranged husband, billionaire casino mogul James Packer.
But while their relationship is still in its early stages, sources tell New Idea that Erica - a mother of three - has already fallen pregnant.
'They're over the moon,' an insider reportedly told the publication. 'While they went public with their romance only a couple of weeks ago, they've actually been quietly dating for a few months now.
'It's happened a little quicker than they expected but they don't care. They both love being parents and can't wait to have a baby together.'
The source added that Seal, 52, is even weighing up the possibility of cutting back on his touring commitments in order to be 'hands on' as Erica goes through her reported pregnancy.
The claims come as New Idea publish images of Erica holding her stomach during a day out with the London born singer off the coast of Balearic party island Ibiza.
Sporting an orange vest, the brunette is seen with a palm pressed against her abdomen as the couple make their way across the beach.
Erica is already a parent to Indigo, seven, Jackson, five and two-year old Emmanuelle with Packer, while Seal is a father to Henry, 10, Johan, eight and five-year old Lou with his ex wife, German supermodel Heidi Klum.
He is also the adopted father of Helene, Heidi's 11-year-old daughter with Formula One manager Flavio Briatore.
