Seated Hip Abductor/Adductor Machine
The
seated hip abductor/adductor machine at best only exercises a couple of
tiny muscles in your thighs, hardly worth the risk of using this
machine that can easily cause injury to the lower back, including the
sciatic nerve. A much better way to actually work out your thigh muscles
is to do side lying leg raises.
