Elliptical Machine
The
motion created while using the elliptical machine is one that humans
never use in everyday life. So while the elliptical machine does burn
calories, all it really does is train your mucles to be able to use the
elliptical machine better. The only reason you should ever use the
elliptical machine is if you have an injury that prevents you from
getting your cardivascular workout any other way. Pretty much any other
cardio machine is better for you including the treadmill, stair machine
or exercise bike, all of which mimic an activity humans actually do in
real life.
