10 Greatest WWE superstars of all time - Slide 5 of 11:The Undertaker

Taker’s two decade long steak might’ve came to an end, but the legacy of Taker will never be matched.
Standing almost 7 feet tall, Taker had an early interest in basketball which he quit to take up professional wrestling. He started his wrestling career in WCCW and spent five years there which did him no good. Taker then joined WCW where he played Mean Mark Callous which spanned one year.
However, Taker’s break came when WWE snatched him and gave him a gimmick which became the biggest draw for the company. He won the WWE title eight times and is a numerous time Tag team champion as well.
But Taker managed to build something which was more prestigious than the titles: his streak.
Taker went on an unprecedented 21 one match winning run in WrestleMania  and it stamped his place as one of the best performers of the Granddaddy of them all.
Apart from his streak, Taker had memorable feuds with the lights of Kane, Triple H, Brock Lesnar and most notably Shawn Michaels.
His trade mark entrance and mind games are on a level of their own as well and no matter what the WWE did with him at WrestleMania XXX, Taker will still be considered as one of the greatest wrestlers in the company.
