We knew Willow Smith was pretty talented.
After all, her parents are Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith. But even with two A-list celebrities behind her, it’s still a little surprising just how talented the youngest Smith is.
At just fifteen years old, Willow can put singer, actress, and model on her resume. And as of most recently, the teen star can also add producer to her increasing list of achievements.
Earlier this week, Willow made use of her Soundcloud to drop a new, soulful single, “Afraid.” The thought provoking track, which was in collaboration with artist Tyler Cole, showcased the young singer’s range and depth in terms of content as well as vocals, discussing topics such as love and relationships.
While fans got another taste of Willow’s musical talents, the track was also showing off another skill of her’s: producing. The artist revealed that she in fact crafted the single.
It may be only one song, but that’s a major move for the teen singer and may possibly open some bigger doors in the future. Right now, it may be a hobby or something she dabbles in from time to time, but we’re excited to see what’s next to come from Willow, the singer, actress, model, and producer.
