Lagos - A 24-year-old man was allegedly hacked to death during a robbery that had gone horribly wrong in Lagos, Punch reported.
According to reports, a gang of about 20 cultists invaded the Oyingbo area of Lagos and started shooting sporadically. They were met by other local cultists who began to clash.
The cultists used the battle as an opportunity to loot houses and rob residents.
The young man died on the spot after being hacked and robbed.
It is also alleged that the cultists used guns that were sponsored during the elections but failed to return them to their political affiliates.
No one has been arrested for the death of the young man.
