Diana Ross was injured after an SUV ran a stop sign and crashed into a limo that was transporting her to her show in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
The SUV reportedly ran a stop sign and crashed into the Lincoln town car, leaving the 72-year-old legend with head and neck pain.
Ross was treated on the scene by paramedics and indicated she would seek further treatment on her own. The Lincoln Town Car she was in was towed.
The former member of the Supremes is a total pro and performed as scheduled at the Sands casino complex in Bethlehem later that day.
Police said on Thursday that the SUV driver, a 22-year-old New Jersey woman, received a traffic citation.
Diana took to Facebook to assure fans she had a small bump, but was totally fine!
I was involved in a car accident yesterday, but I'm fine.I ask you not to worry. I will see you tonight at the show in Providence :)

The Motown legend tweeted a similar post to concerned fans.
